Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welded and fabricated components, ensuring compliance with ASME code standards. Inspect welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, and misalignment, ensuring all welds meet quality specifications. Conduct dimensional checks of equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and blueprints. Record and report inspection results accurately, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions when needed. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ASME code requirements, welding techniques, and industry best practices. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality control processes and procedures.
Schedule: 10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Expected hours: 50-60 per week

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certifications preferred. Background in welding or fitting. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, welding inspection, or a similar role in an ASME code fabrication environment. Strong knowledge of ASME code requirements and welding standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. The duties of an aircraft refueler will consist of servicing aircraft and other equipment with aviation and automotive fuels with the use of tanker trucks, hydrant carts or tow carts. Aircraft refuelers are required to position the fueling equipment next to the aircraft and service it with fuel following all Airline and Company policy and safety regulations at all times. Other duties related to the job are completing required paperwork such fuel service records, tanker sheets, truck sheets and meter tickets and the sumping of overnight aircraft as well as performing normal shop housekeeping duties.

Yard Drivers at Pol-Tex are responsible for relocating, docking, and transporting 48’ and 53’ trailers within our manufacturing facility. They must be able to keep up with a fast paced production environment while accurately recording information to ensure on-time shipment of goods.
